Our Program Offerings

Signature Two-Day Session

Brings people together from different races/ethnicities, backgrounds, and industries to learn, grow, and process the effects of racism within individuals and the community as whole. Fall 2020


HRIPV Facilitator Training

A comprehensive training series designed to prepare community participants and employees of participating corporations to facilitate all parts of the Healing Racism curriculum, and to lead cohorts through the activities listed below. These are facilitators to be embedded within organizations and throughout the community. Summer/Fall 2020


HRIPV Cohort Development

The creation of groups within organizations that meet on a regular basis for the purposes of learning, growing and to engage in the process of moving toward anti-racist individuals and organizations. January 2021


Half-Day Board/Staff Training

An introduction to the Healing Racism curriculum and a chance to engage in the conversation before moving forward with a full-scale program. Summer 2020


Full Day Board/Staff Training

In addition to the Half-Day Board/Staff Training, organizations are provided with the opportunity to plan for full engagement in the full-scale program. Summer 2020


Onboarding Training/In-service

An addition to orientation materials to ensure each new hire has knowledge and is ready to engage in an anti-racism work environment. January 2021


HRIPV Film Discussions

These are designed to engage cohorts in dialogue related to films which depict systemic racism and the effects it has on people of color and society at-large. January 2021


HRIPV Book Discussions

Similar to our film discussions, these are designed to promote conversation and understanding of how racism affects all human beings. January 2021


HRIPV Socials

Networking events designed as brave spaces where participants can build their relational competency across communities. Summer 2021


Policies and Procedures Audit

The process of examining policies and procedures for the purpose of identifying “blind spots” that disproportionally have an adverse effect on people of color.
