Wed Apr 262023 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM EDT

Self-Care and Transformation for BIPOC Women and Allies is a 90-minute live, virtual session that will provide an opportunity to learn about burnout and strategies to combat it. Given the outsized impact of burnout in BIPOC communities, attendees will receive awareness, education, and tactics to address burnout for all, focusing specifically on how to overcome self-doubt and critical self-judgment. Three subject matter experts will discuss the topic and attendees will participate in a self-identified break-out session to begin developing their personal self-care strategy.

Proceeds will be donated to the Women's Fund of Western Massachusetts
